To help every Christian reach their full potential in Christ. To raise up leaders.
God gave the great commission to every church member! You are called by God, therefore…. every member is a minister. The purpose of this course is to help people discover who they are in Christ and to equip them to walk in the fulness of God’s calling on their life and ministry. Our goal is to help you embrace your new identity in Christ and intentionally train and equip you to walk in the fullness of God’s calling for your life as you serve God with excellence!
3 His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness. 4 Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature and escape the corruption in the world caused by evil desires.
5 For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge; 6 and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; 7 and to godliness, brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness, love. 8 For if you possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9 But if anyone does not have them, he is nearsighted and blind, and has forgotten that he has been cleansed from his past sins.
10 Therefore, my brothers, be all the more eager to make your calling and election sure. For if you do these things, you will never fall, 11 and you will receive a rich welcome into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Lesson 1
we look at the importance of understanding our identity in Christ. God wants you to find your identity Vertically (from Him) instead of Horizontally (from what people say). Too often we listen to what the world tells us instead of what God has to say. To many of us try to do ministry out of our own desire or skill instead of out of our relationship with God and his calling on us. We will look at a lot of scripture and the life of Moses.
In Lesson 2 we discover that God's Kingdom MVPS start at the top! Instead of proving ourselves by education and working our way up a ladder of success to find happiness, Jesus came to rescue us and give us our purpose. From there He clarifies His vision for the Church and us as individuals allowing us to create missions and strategies to while developing the skills needed to complete the assignments.
In Lesson 3 you will learn the vision that God already gave you but you just haven't acknowledged yet. You will learn how to put it into a vision statement for yourself, your family and your personal ministry calling.
In Lesson 4 we begin talking about R.E.A.L. Ministry.
Real Ministry includes: Relationships, Equipping, Attitudes and Leadership.
In Lesson 4 we are focusing on relationships and our need for a Relational Revolution. People matter to God and we were not made to be alone. We will learn 7 relationship principles, the priorities of relationships, 3 discipleship relationships you need and 3 types of friendships.

"5 Things I Know About People."
In Lesson 5 we begin talking about R.E.A.L. Ministry.
Real Ministry includes: Relationships, Equipping, Attitudes and Leadership. In Lesson 5 we are focusing on EQUIPPING.
We are looking at Jesus Discipleship Model & The Timothy Process!
It's easier to do something yourself instead of equipping someone else to do it! But we will never reach the world if we don’t have an Equipping Revolution.
“One is too small a number to achieve greatness.” – John Maxwell
“There are no problems we cannot solve together, and very few that we can solve by ourselves” – John Maxwell
In Lesson 6 we are focusing on ATTITUDE. Our attitude can spread a bad report that can discourage people or we can bring a good report that will encourage people.
“A pessimist never makes an inspiring leader. Hope and optimism are essential qualities for the servant of God as he battles with the powers of darkness for the souls of men. God’s servant would be optimistic until His full objective is attained.” J. Oswald Sanders (Spiritual Leadership)
“But my servant Caleb has a different attitude than the others have. He has remained loyal to me, so I will bring him into the land he explored. His descendants will possess their full share of that land.” - Numbers 14:24
“Your attitude, more than your aptitude, will determine your altitude.” ― John Maxwell
Sunday Morning Sermon
Attitude of Christ - Humility vs Pride
We need a leadership revolution in the world today.
We need Spiritual Leadership not just Natural Leadership...
“Spiritual leadership is a blending of natural and spiritual qualities. Even the natural qualities are not self produced but God-given, and therefore reach their highest effectiveness when employed in the service of God and for His glory.” - J. Oswald Sanders
This is a similar lesson to the one we watched on Sunday Night. I do not have the rights to post the lesson we watched but this is a similar TEDx Talk.
